Let us talk

If you’ve ever moved abroad, you’ll know the hardest part isn’t the flight or the visa. It’s finding a home and a community where you feel welcomed. That’s especially true for students and young professionals coming to Singapore under the Work Holiday Pass.

What is the Work Holiday Pass?

The Work Holiday Pass, issued by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower, gives eligible students and young graduates the chance to live, work, and explore Singapore for up to six months. It’s a rare opportunity to go beyond the typical tourist experience—and truly immerse in the city’s energy, innovation, and culture.

Casa Mia Coliving joins the Singapore Global Network

Casa Mia Coliving is joining the Singapore Global Network as the preferred housing partner, giving these young professionals a place that feels like home from the moment they arrive.

You want something short-term, affordable and comfortable, but most rentals require long leases, big deposits and a whole lot of furniture shopping (probably at IKEA).

That’s where Casa Mia Coliving steps in.

Through our new partnership with the Singapore Global Network (SGN), a unit under the Economic Development Board, we’re helping Work Holiday Pass holders land in Singapore with less stress and more connection.

Two winners of SGN’s Work and Holiday in Singapore campaign, which runs from now till 31 March 2026, will receive:

  • Three-month free stay (worth up to S$5,600)
  • Built-in community of international housemates

The two winners will also be offered preferential discount rates for the next 3 months of stay. Finally, the Grand Prize winner will also win a round-trip flight ticket to Singapore (valued at up to S$6,000).

But even if you don’t win, you still win a little. Everyone joining through the program gets special rental perks and access to our homes across Singapore. In addition, all participants will also become members of Singapore Global Network, where they unlock exclusive membership perks, career resources and guides, and invitations to professional and social events.

Coliving isn’t just about splitting rent. It’s about being part of a community. You move into a fully furnished space, meet housemates who become friends, and have a soft landing in a new city that can otherwise feel overwhelming.

“Singapore has always been a hub for talent. This partnership is about making it easier for global professionals to call it home,” says Eugenio Ferrante, co-founder and CEO of Casa Mia Coliving. “We give people a head start so they can focus on building their life, not setting up their apartment.”

For anyone coming to Singapore to work, study or just try something new, coliving offers a way to belong faster. Less stress, easy living. If you’re coming to Singapore on the Work Holiday Pass, welcome: you bring the ambition, and we’ll handle the housing.
