Our Journey So Far
This marks an exciting new chapter for us. Since our founding in 2019, Casa Mia has been on a mission to make it simple for young professionals to find a great home in Singapore—comfortable, well-designed, and community-oriented. What started as a few shared apartments quickly grew into a portfolio of around 500 beautiful, fully furnished rooms in the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Along the way, we built a team that takes real pride in offering great service, trusted operations, and reliable quality - a team that’s earned the loyalty of hundreds of members and property partners.
Why We’re Joining Cove
Joining Cove allows us to take that mission even further. Cove is a leading flexible-stay platform with more than 8,000 rooms across Asia Pacific and over 2,000 rooms right here in Singapore. Together, we’re creating one of the region’s largest and most sophisticated operators of fully serviced, flexible homes.
What This Means for Our Members
By combining our strengths, we’ll bring even more choice, consistency, and innovation to our members - while scaling up the Casa Mia spirit of “effortless living” across the broader Cove platform. Cove’s reach, technology, and operational scale open up opportunities for us to do what we do best - but at a much larger level.
As part of this transition, all Casa Mia homes will gradually integrate into the Cove platform, giving members access to Cove’s wider range of homes, flexible lease options, and community perks. Our BCA-certified facilities team and all our operations will continue under the same management, ensuring a seamless experience for both residents and property owners.
A Shared Vision for the Future
“We believe Cove offers the best possible home for our Casa Mia members and for us as a team,” said Eugenio Ferrante, co-founder of Casa Mia Coliving. “It allows us to continue our original mission while becoming part of a platform that shares our values and vision for how urban living should evolve.”
The combined business now exceeds US$50 million in annualised rental income, representing nearly 50% year-on-year growth, and brings Cove within reach of becoming cash-flow positive in 2025 - even as it expands into Japan and South Korea.
