How happy are our Casa Mia Coliving customers? We did a customer satisfaction survey to find out

Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) is at 75%

The one line (awesome!) result from this survey was that we are doing well. We have an NPS of 75%. All our members indicated that they would recommend Casa Mia Coliving to a friend (they gave us a score of 7 or more on the question on their likelihood to recommend Casa Mia Coliving to a friend), which is a great sign of our member’s level of satisfaction. Because coliving is a relatively new category, we do not have much benchmarks yet, but overall we are very proud of this score, and will be aiming to improve that score going forward!

In terms of specific highlights, our members told us that they love our spaces. In addition to convenience, a few mentioned that they appreciated the 3D virtual tours on our website.

Events during COVID19

A topic that we wanted to learn more about in this survey was events in the time of COVID19. Given the current restrictions on events imposed by the Singaporean government, physical events have been prohibited. So we asked our members a few questions about what we should be doing.

Here are some of the things we learned, which may be applicable to other coliving spaces too:

1. City tours of Singapore landmarks and attractions got the highest score--just before the lockdown we managed to do a guided tour of Newton food centre for the members of one of our homes nearby. These types of smaller more personalised events appeared to be the winner. 
2. Small networking events were also interesting for our members.
3. Online classes had the lowest interest. This was probably due to the overall online video fatigue that set in with many members working remote and from home.

We will continue to do our best to keep our NPS at 75%, even increase it further, starting off by planning another landmark visit… and making sure to stay away from online classes :-)
